Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SMMLYOGA.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- For hygiene reasons, worn or washed intimate apparel is non-returnable

Please contact our customer service team via email before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
